House Washing

o All Windows and Door needs to be tightly shut and locked. We dont want to wash the inside of your house!

o All Pets and outside animals should remain inside during the duration of your service to protect our technicians and the animals. After the service is complete it will be safe for your animals in the service area.

o Please move any delicate materials away from the service area.

Yes. We will need access to a properly functioning exterior water source. If this is not possible please contact us immediately. We can supply water onsite for a fee. The amount of water we use on site from your source is so minimal that you absolutely won’t see any drastic charges on your water bill. In fact, after doing the math we use significantly less than $1 of water on your property for the average house.

Your exterior windows will be rinsed with our water and detergent however this does not substitute for a true window cleaning.

You do not need to be home. We are happy to perform the work and process your payment once it is completed. We will email the receipt the day of the service. Super convenient!

In order to stay on schedule and to accommodate all of our clients, we do work in some rain situations. Sometimes it even helps us rinse your House for a more efficient process. However, if there is lightening, we will call to reschedule for the safety of our technicians.

o Preexisting Damange- Carolina Pressure Pros LLC is not responsible or liable for the following conditions or situations:

o Scratches, scraps, etc

o Torn, Bent, or Broken window screens. Our process doesnt use pressure high enough to create this damage.

o Oxidation on vinyl or metal siding. This staining may be removable for an additional charge. Please call for details and an estimate.

o Pre-existing damage to surfaces such as pavers, concrete, brick, tile or other material.

o General House Washing does not include the removal of these services:

- Glue, Caulk or other adhesives

- Paint Overspray, splatters, drips or brush marks

- Mortar, Concrete or other hard debris

- Non-Organic Staining such as rust, efflorescence, calcium deposits, irrigation runoff, fertilizers stains, etc.

- Failing sealers or other coatings

- Oxidation

- Many of these items can be removed at an additional charge, please speak with your sales representative for more details.

Roof Cleaning

  • Please move any delicate materials and vehicles away from the house before we arrive.

Yes and No. We do expect significant improvement before we leave the premises. However, some of the organics will take time to be finish the treatment process.

Short Answer. Yes.
Cleaning a roof always carries a risk of nearby plant life. The same organic growth that we are treating on your roof is the growth that is happening in your landscape.

We cannot guarantee that you won’t see affects of this treatment on plant life at the base of your roof area.

We do guarantee that we will use industry leading strategies to protect your landscape as much as possible. You also have the guarantee of our involvement to rectify any situation should you need to call us back.

In order to mitigate as much risk as possible here are some of the strategies we use based on the property.
-Collection or Diversion of run-off
-Dilution of over spray and run-off before, during and after the service.
-Coverage of delicate plant life with breathable tarps.

These precautions are here to protect your plants as much as possible which is always our priority. In the event that you do notice any concerns after your service, please give us a call. We promise to take care of you!

If it is raining during your appointment time at your property we will need to reschedule. We need a dry surface on the roof in order to effectively treat the area and for the safety of our technicians. If it recently rained and we arrive on site to a roof with moisture still on it we may also need to reschedule. We will contact you with any concerns and a new schedule date upon arrival.

Gutter Cleaning

Concrete Cleaning

◦ Please move any outdoor furniture, delicate materials and Vehicles away from the service area. If you need assistance with this or would prefer to have us handle it, please let us know during the scheduling process.

Window Cleaning

◦ For Outside Window Cleaning only, please make sure all windows and doors are shut tightly and locked up.
◦ For Outside Window Cleaning Only, please discuss any exterior screens with our scheduler.  Many outside screens need to be removed from the inside, so we'll have to coordinate with you on that.
◦ All Pets and outside animals should remain inside during the duration of your service to protect our technicians and the animals. After the service is complete it will be safe for your animals in the service area.
◦ We will need access to a functional exterior water source.
◦ If you have any valuable items on your window sills or near your windows, it would be a good idea to move them to a safe place prior to our arrival.
◦ Please move outdoor furniture a couple of feet away from any windows and doors you would like cleaned.  That will give out technician’s room to work.

◦ For INTERIOR and Exterior windows, YES. We require you to be home while we work inside your house.
◦ For Exterior Only No. You do not need to be home. We are happy to perform the work and process your payment once it is completed. We will email the receipt the day of the service. Super convenient!

▪ damange to windows, frames, sills, or screens
▪ Scratches or scrapes from pre-existing work

Dryer Vent Cleaning

◦ All Pets and outside animals should remain inside during the duration of your service to protect our technicians and the animals.
◦ Please have access all around your dryer so we can assess and clean the vent structure should we need to reach it from the interior.

We Prefer that you are home during this service because while we do often clean from the exterior it is important that we reach from the interior as well should we need to. We want to ensure you have a thorough clean all the way through.

Wood Restoration (Staining)

◦ All nearby Windows and Doors needs to be tightly shut and locked. We don’t want to wash the inside of your house!
◦ All Pets and outside animals should remain inside during the duration of your service to protect our technicians and the animals. After the service is complete it will be safe for your animals in the service area. Please keep pets off the newly STAINED surfaces until they are adequately dry or at least 4-6 hours.
◦ Please move any delicate materials away from the service area.

◦ This will be a two-appointment process.
▪ The first appointment will be to clean and prep the wood area.
▪ The second appointment will be to stain. It is important to note that the staining appointment is dependent upon weather. We need the moisture content of the wood to be low so often several days of clear weather before we can stain properly. We do this to be certain that your stain will be applied correctly and you will get the most life out of your service.

For the First Appointment we do work in some rain situations. However, if there is lightening, we will call to reschedule for the safety of our technicians. The Second Appointment to stain will require us to work around weather conditions and have only clear skies.

◦ We use a high-quality commercial stain and protectant. We expect vertical surfaces like fences to get a life expectancy of 3-4 Years and 2 years on horizontal surfaces. This helps us to properly maintain your wood to get the longest life from your structure.
◦ If we are staining hardwoods such as Ipe or Tiger Wood we can expect to reapply yearly.
